EU’s Cybersecurity Strategy

Maria Slashchilina, Artem Melnyk, ME-111i, KNEU

Introduction

Time ago there was no digital technology and the Internet in the world. With their appearance, life has become much easier, faster, and more diverse. It would seem that there are only advantages in comparison with past centuries. But before, it was only necessary to defend against physical threats and problems in real life.

Now, in our world of digital technologies and rapid development, we need to protect ourselves not only from external dangers but also from danger in a virtual environment. And this requires different means of protection from those that are used for protection in the real world.
