Introduction

Fintech startups in Ukraine: finding legal framework – this theme is actual for researching in the field of law of Ukraine.

We decided to take it as we’re going to study a new course next year called Innovation entrepreneurship. We think this subject has a strong relation with startups. And it would be interesting to learn the fintech theme more closer than I know it right now. So we believe that exploring this topic can help us collect all important information in order to get the right idea.

What is a Warrant?

A warrant is an agreement between two parties – the “issuer” (i.e., a company) and the “holder” of the warrant – that entitles the holder to purchase the issuer’s stock at a specified price within a certain time frame.
