These guidelines aim to assist civil society organisations to collect and preserve information related to international crimes and human rights violations, which may become admissible evidence in court. A series of proposed ‘do’s and don’ts’ are provided, on what may be helpful and what could potentially harm criminal accountability efforts.

These Guidelines respond to a request from multiple civil society organisations and stakeholders in the accountability field who have indicated a need for guidance to ensure that the information they collect can potentially be used as evidence in future prosecutions at the national or international level. The guidelines are intended to be a dynamic document that will be updated to reflect the experience of civil society organisations and in close consultation with them.

Digіtal advances have generated enormous wealth in record time, but that wealth has been concentrated around a small number of individuals, companies and countries.

Introduction

“Human rights” becomes the order of the day, which almost everyone try to talk about. In recent years, thereby, this question only intensifies attention of those, whose own right are to be violated. To discuss the issue to more clear degree, the history of establishing human rights should be regarded firstly.

Human rights are complicated, multidimensional phenomenon. In various period of time, the problem of this rights, unchangeably remaining political and legal, acquired a religious-ethical, philosophical sounding. Following this, especially the fight for human rights, for new comprehension of freedom became the departure for wide-ranging changes in the socio-political life of the country, led to the reconsideration of the role of human in his relations between the society and the government.
